I have to say that the game I am anticipating most in the next few months is Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. If you haven’t been able to check out anything on this game until now then I’m eternally sorry for you, but here’s a really quick rundown of the reasons why this game is going to be awesome.

First, there’s a more in-depth quest system that react dynamically to your decisions within each quest. Whether this means that each quest will have tons of different things that can happen or if the system is more about making one or two choices throughout the quest is yet to be discovered, but either way would be a huge improvement to Oblivion.

There are no longer limits as to how you play the game. If you want to cast spells, then put a Spell in your hand and use it. You want to go sword and board? Well them, stick a sword and shield in your hands and go. Then, the more you use those things the better you get at them. I love this idea because it means that you’ll level up based on how you play the game and not based on how the game makers planned for you to level up.

It seems like dungeons have a more important function in Skyrim as well. You can find word walls where you learn the dragon language and then use those words to do awesome things like slow time, breath fire, and even call a dragon to fight for you!

Oh yeah! You fight dragons!!!!!!! How much more do you need than that? Well… Alright fine, here’s some more info:
